Jiu Jitsu Brazilian este forma de arte martiale cu cea mai rapida crestere in popularitate din lume, un component cheie in MMA si unul dintre cele mai bune exercitii din lume care lucreaza intreg corpul. Numit si "sahul uman" este un sport de contact care solicita atat corpul cat si mintea.

Fara lovituri de pumni sau picioare Jiu Jitsu Brazilian este singura forma de arte martiale unde te poti antrena in siguranta cu maxima intensitate fara a te rani pe tine sau pe ceilalti. Este de asemenea si o forma de autoaparare care a fost conceputa sa-ti permita sa te aperi, minimalizand riscul de ranire atat pentru tine cat si si pentru adversarul tau.

Instructorul nostru principal  Rufus Spiller este activ pe plan competitional atat national cat si international si este indrumat de Dave Coles, centura neagra cu 2 deni, sub Campionul Mondial Braulio Estima.

Dave Coles

Dave is a 2nd degree Black Belt under World Champion Braulio Estima. He is Braulio's highest graded and longest serving student.

Rufus Spiller

Rufus started his BJJ career in Melbourne in 2013 where he was awarded his Blue Belt under Ben Hall at Carlson Gracie Australia. Moving to Hereford in 2015 he joined EquipeTCA and began competing frequently throughout 2015 and 2016. In September 2016 he was awarded his Purple Belt and moved to Romania where he has opened up EquipeTCA Romania under the guidance of Head Coach Dave Coles. He was awarded his Black Belt in November 2021.
